• You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download directory data for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You may not use automated tools to submit fake reviews, spam businesses, or manipulate listings.

Business Listings

Business information in our directory is compiled from publicly available sources including Google Places, OpenStreetMap, and direct submissions. If you are a business owner:

• You may claim your listing to update your information at no cost.
• We reserve the right to include any business that operates in our coverage area.
• If you want your business removed from the directory, contact us at hello@topsailbiz.com and we will remove it within 7 business days.

Reviews

Users may submit reviews for businesses listed in our directory. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review reflects your genuine experience with the business.
• Your review does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent statements.
• Your review does not contain profanity, hate speech, personal attacks, or spam.
• Your review does not contain links, advertisements, or promotional content.
• We may display your review publicly on the business listing page.
• We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines or that we determine to be spam, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

Video Marketing Services

We offer paid video marketing services for local businesses. These services are subject to separate agreements made directly between us and the business. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are discussed on a per-project basis.

Intellectual Property

The Site design, logo, original content, and code are owned by Topsail Area Local Businesses. Business information, photos sourced from Google Places, and user-submitted reviews remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business information
• The quality of products or services offered by listed businesses
• Any transactions between you and businesses found through our directory
• The content of user-submitted reviews
